Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, coordinating with the Account Manager and assisting with on-site operations. This role includes troubleshooting, administration duties, and guiding staff when the manager is away.

The position emphasizes customer care and efficient issue resolution. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing door and valet operations, coordinating schedules, and maintaining guest confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure: Must be at least 18 and able to pass a background, MVR and drug screen; Wheelchair Safety Training required.
• Experience: Six months related experience or training; OR equivalent.
• Knowledge: Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Skills: Able to drive a manual transmission; able to speak, read and write English; strong verbal and written communication.
• Mathematics: Basic math and cash handling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff and coworkers.
• Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create favorable impressions.
• Participates in “The Show” and delivers Aggressive Hospitality to guests.
• Open doors for guests and assist with luggage and valet duties.
• Promotes teamwork and leads by example in delivering high levels of service.
• Issue claim checks, manage keys and tickets, and report issues to the manager when needed.
