Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, working with colleagues to meet service standards. Under the Account Manager, you will handle coordination, administration, and guidance when the manager is off-site.

This role is not a manager position, but may require quick judgment for expediency. Essential duties include welcoming guests promptly, assisting with bell services, directing guests, and maintaining knowledge of the facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read, write and speak Standard English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Assist with bell services, directions, reservations and inquiries.
• Manage keys, tickets, and guest folios accurately.
• Support scheduling and coverage as needed by the Account Manager.
