Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, working with colleagues to ensure service standards are met or exceeded. Under the Account Manager, you’ll handle coordination, administration, and guidance when the manager isn’t on-site, and you may need to make quick judgments when expediency is priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk and assist guests for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass background check and maintain a valid license.

• Orchestrates the service experience for hotel guests with coworkers to meet service standards.
• Under supervision of Account Manager, coordinates and administers tasks and guidance when manager is off-site.
• Handle non-urgent issues, report to manager with facts and seek instruction.
• Open doors, assist guests with directions, taxis and reservations as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional service and maintain a positive guest experience.
