Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and train staff on day-to-day activities.
• Serve as liaison for client, operation management and staff.
• Promote first-class customer service with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Greet customers by name and resolve issues; report any incidents.
• Run reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, garage data, or other management reports.
• Provide operational training as needed.
• Work varying hours including weekends, evenings, nights, holidays and special events.
