Job summary

LAZ Parking in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Part Time Valet Attendant. You will greet guests, direct traffic, park and retrieve vehicles with care, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You must have a valid driver's license, be comfortable driving, and enjoy working with people.

The role requires weekend availability and a friendly, professional demeanor to represent LAZ Parking at the curb. Previous hospitality or parking industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking and/or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to keep flow of cars organized with a smile.
• Welcome guests on arrival and departure.
• Greet customers by name, address needs, and build rapport.
• Open and close doors for customers on arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage when needed.
• Turn off cars and retrieve keys.
• Provide valet tickets and explain retrieval process.
• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and promptly.
• Work with or without supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations and represent LAZ Parking positively.
