Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant in Encinitas, CA at Alila Marea. This part-time position requires weekend availability and a valid driver’s license. You will assist guests, manage vehicle flow, and provide excellent customer service while representing LAZ Parking at the valet stand.

Responsibilities include directing traffic, greeting guests, managing keys, and ensuring timely parking and retrieval. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking and/or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to keep flow of cars organized with a smile.
• Welcome guests on arrival and departure.
• Greet customers by name, attend to their needs, build rapport.
• Turn off cars and handle keys.
• Provide valet tickets and explain retrieval process.
• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and promptly.
• Work with or without supervision.
• Promote positive customer relations and LAZ Parking experience.
