Job summary

Towne Park, Gainesville, FL, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to efficiently direct vehicular traffic and deliver exceptional hospitality at arrival and departure. You will issue valet tickets, assist guests, and uphold parking policies with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, collecting data per operations, and maintaining safety and efficiency during peak times. High school diploma and basic computer skills are required; on-site schedule Mon-Fri 6a-2p or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures.
• Must be able to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Directs vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to all patients/guests.
• Greet guests and maintain professional demeanor; follow Towne Park etiquette.
• Issue valet tickets and uphold mystery shop standards with arrivals.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide area information when needed.
