Job summary

The Traffic Coordinator at Towne Park is responsible for efficiently directing vehicular traffic in designated areas while delivering exceptional hospitality. This role also handles issuing valet tickets and upholding parking policies during arrivals and departures.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and basic computer skills. Prior customer service experience is preferred, along with ability to drive manual transmission and read/write English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures.
• Able to read and write standard English.
• Able to understand simple instructions and memos.
• Able to drive manual transmission.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Register/computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicular traffic while providing attentive service to guests.
• Greet guests and maintain professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; share local attractions.
• Manage parking operations, collect data, and issue tickets.
• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely; assist with luggage when applicable.
