Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to commute from nearby state.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and process payments, issue and collect claim checks.
