Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing valet operations and coordinating daily activities.
• Support the Guest Services Manager in staffing and scheduling.
• Provide feedback for associate performance reviews and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with dress code, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Conduct daily huddles and maintain payroll data accuracy.
• Recruit qualified applicants to meet operational needs.
• Monitor and enforce quality assurance across shifts.
• Assist with processing deposits, cash flow, and audits.
