Job summary

Towne Park, LLC is seeking a Lot Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality while accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports for guests throughout their visit. The role emphasizes friendly service, attention to detail, and precise record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, location staff and co-workers.
• Appropriately greets guests and assists with directions and inquiries.
• Stacks vehicles and securely handles keys per Towne Park standards.
• Collects and reconciles revenue; completes shift reports and categorizes tickets.
• Produces guest vehicle inventory for billing and maintains folios.
• Upholds parking policy and procedures as directed by site management.
