Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate service for hotel guests, coordinating with teammates and following service standards. This role reports to the Account Manager and may handle non-urgent issues in the manager's absence.

Responsibilities include opening doors, bell services, guest assistance, revenue collection, and maintaining security of guest information. Requires driving capability and a courteous, teamwork-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background, MVR, and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English.

Responsibilities

• Open doors for guests and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval.
• Provide bell services and assist guests with directions, taxis, and reservations.
• Maintain knowledge of facility, rates, and local attractions to assist guests.
• Contribute to staff scheduling and communicate schedule changes as needed.
• Report information to the manager and handle non-urgent issues when on-site.
