Job summary

Fairmont Grand Del Mar is seeking a Golf Player Services Attendant to represent the club with exceptional hospitality. You will greet members and guests, assist with bag storage, monitor the bag drop, and help prepare for tournaments while maintaining driving range operations and club standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of driving range operations.
• Uniform and dress code adherence.
• Excellent customer service and English communication.
• Golf operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Club with courtesy and discretion in all interactions with staff, management, members and guests.
• Comply with Club Safety Regulations and attend Safety Seminars.
• Greet members and guests professionally and warmly in valet.
• Assist guests at the bag storage area and monitor the bag drop area.
• Move and manage golf bags and carts between storage, staging, and driving range areas.
• Support tournament setup and driving range maintenance as needed.
• Provide shuttle service for employees, members, and resort guests.
• Follow all club policies and ensure cleanliness and stock levels on the driving range.
