Job summary

Fairmont Grand Del Mar invites you to join as a Guest Services Coordinator. This role focuses on delivering luxury-level guest service at the front drive, coordinating with valet and bell staff, and ensuring timely responses to guest requests.

The position requires a high school diploma, excellent communication, and a valid California driver’s license. Previous hospitality experience is a plus, and the job offers a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience is a plus.
• Must communicate well verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the Valet/Bell stand and on the front drive.
• Coordinate with Bell, Door, and Valet attendants to complete tasks efficiently.
• Keep areas neat and clean for guests and colleagues.
• Learn daily tasks from pre-shift briefings to meet guest needs.
• Safely handle car keys and assist with guest requests by phone or in person.
• Proficient use of computer programs (Word, Excel).
• Cashiering during events when required.
