Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego is seeking an experienced Concierge to deliver a personalized guest experience, anticipate needs, and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure seamless service.

You will respond promptly to all requests, uphold Forbes standards of timeliness and professionalism, and help guests navigate local attractions, dining options, and hotel offerings with confidence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in guest relations preferred.
• PMS experience required.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows.
• Degree in a related discipline is an asset.
• Professional presentation required.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly, and engaging guest service consistently.
• Handle guest concerns, log issues, and notify relevant departments.
• Communicate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B.
• Respond to emails and phone calls professionally.
• Log guest bookings in ALICE and provide printed itineraries upon arrival.
• Ensure accurate billing and coordination with third-party vendors.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings and San Diego area to advise guests.
• Exceed guest expectations and turn moments into memories.
