Responsibilities

• Display a congenial appearance and be well groomed at all times.
• Handle a fast-paced work environment with attention to detail.
• Ensure all setups are ready for service according to standards.
• Assist with pre-shift duties and bar area setup.
• Assist staff in delivering a flawless dining experience with superior service.
• Uphold Fairmont Grand Del Mar standards with effective communication between kitchen and Front of House.
• Expedite completed dishes to service area and restock bar items as needed.
• Assist service colleagues in breakdown and cleanup of service areas.
