Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park delivers exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests, provide directions, and share knowledge about local area attractions.

Responsibilities include maintaining professional demeanor, following Towne Park procedures, and ensuring safety and efficiency in guest interactions at the location.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One month of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to perform basic math with currency and time calculations.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to present information clearly to guests and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• The Guest Service Associate provides hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, assists with luggage, and may help with bell services.
