Responsibilities

• Delivers superior guest service to internal and external guests.
• Checks that guest keys are removed before locking the car.
• Turns lights on when needed and off after parking.
• Keeps the valet area clean when idle.
• Assists guests in wheelchairs to the casino when needed.
• Ensures safety and respects company and guest property.
• Follows all regulatory and company policies.
• Puts autos in park or neutral with brake on when returning or parking.
• Opens doors, greets guests, and offers a courteous farewell.
• Greets guests with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Maintains knowledge of casino and hotel outlets.
• Knows promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.
