Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a valet attendant to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino environment. You will greet guests, assist with parking, and help guests including those in wheelchairs while maintaining safety and a positive attitude.

The role requires mobility, the ability to work varied shifts, and a valid driver’s license. You will support the team in keeping the valet area organized and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a service culture delivering superior guest service by all team members.
• Open doors for arrivals and departures, greet guests, and provide a gracious farewell.
• Assist guests in wheelchairs to the casino when necessary.
• Ensure cars are parked safely with proper transmission settings for return to guests.
• Ensure lights are on when needed and off when parked.
• Maintain cleanliness in valet area during idle times.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Know the casino and hotel outlets, promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.
