Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park delivers exceptional hospitality to guests by parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely, while assisting with luggage when needed. You will greet guests warmly, provide directions and information, and support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read and write standard English.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; provides information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; handles keys, claim checks and ticket information.
• The total amount of time for all functions of the job - 100%.
