Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and guiding guests during arrival and departure. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, clear communication, and safe vehicle handling in a dynamic parking environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one month of related experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to understand time formats (12/24 hour).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner using guests by last name when possible.
• Provide excellent guest interaction and convey Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local area information.
• Explain parking rates and procedures, issue/collect tickets and claims.
• Contribute to a smooth, efficient guest experience throughout arrival and departure.
