Job summary

Towne Park in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver hospitality at the curb and lobby. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and ensure a safe, friendly arrival and departure experience for each guest.

This part-time role works Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with eligibility for benefits after meeting company requirements. A valid driver’s license is required, and prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local facilities and attractions.
