Job summary

The Westin Verasa Napa is seeking a courteous Valet/Guest Services Associate to greet guests, assist with luggage, park vehicles, and provide information to guests. You will escort guests to rooms and coordinate transportation as needed, while delivering amenities and maintaining a high level of service.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset and the ability to operate vehicles and handle luggage efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles (standard and automatic).
• Valid California driver’s license required.
• Previous Valet/Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests with luggage at check-in/check-out and storage.
• Park guest vehicles in a safe and orderly manner for valet service.
• Escort guests to and from rooms and assist with luggage.
• Assist guests with city information and directions; coordinate transportation when needed.
• Deliver guest amenities, mail, faxes, and messages; provide shoe shining on request.
• Maintain professional etiquette and respond promptly to guest concerns.
• Keep lobby area tidy and assist concierge with duties as required.
