Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Florida to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions and reliable service in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation includes an $13.00 per hour base plus $5–$10 per hour in tips, with PM shifts (3pm-11pm). Eligibility for benefits may apply depending on classification and hours worked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read and write English; communicate clearly.
• Basic math for handling cash and time calculations.
• Ability to drive manual transmission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests.
• Process tickets, collect payments, and issue/collect claims as required.
• Provide information about local attractions and facilities to guests.
