Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and parking services. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local information.

Role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong English communication, and basic math for ticketing and revenue. Open availability; benefits offered; 401k option for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required or within a commutable distance.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests using professional salutation and last name; assist with inquiries.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and local information.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets, keys and revenue as needed.
• Carry out duties to complete all responsibilities to 100%.
