Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services during the PM shift. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely while assisting with luggage as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform basic math. Experience in guest services and a willingness to learn are preferred. Rate includes tips and health benefits eligible for certain roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Basic math and time concepts; ability to read time and monetary values.
• Manual transmission driving considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive hospitality.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services where applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticketing, key tags, and guest folio information.
