Role involves greeting guests, handling tickets, and maintaining accurate records. Shifts range from morning to late evening, with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction at the location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within a commutable distance from the state.
• One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Basic math and time-keeping abilities; reading and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Greet guests and use guests' last names during interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets, keys, and revenue as needed.
• Operations tasks and duties are performed with proper procedures and accuracy.
