Job summary

Towne Park in Dallas, TX, seeks a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance for guests during a night shift (11:00pm–7:00am). The role pays $15.50–$16.50 per hour plus cash tips, with eligibility for benefits for full-time employees.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, parking/retrieving vehicles, assisting with directions, processing payments, and managing tickets and keys in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read/write English; follow instructions; basic math for payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a welcoming demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local attractions; provide area information.
• Explain parking rates, collect payments, and manage tickets/keys in the valet system.
• Deliver messages and guest amenities; shuttle guests as approved by location.
