Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance.
• Work experience: 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge: Customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous, attentive hospitality.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and hotel doors as needed.
• Provide directions, taxi/reservation information and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and issue/retrieve claim checks.
