Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide hospitality services.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pick-up when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and process tickets and claims accurately.
• Provide information about local attractions and amenities and assist with inquiries.
