Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services upon arrival and departure. You will assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles, luggage handling, and delivering amenities in a friendly, efficient manner.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them with directions and information about local attractions, and ensuring safe, courteous service at all times. A valid license and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Strong reading, writing and basic math skills; good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greets guests and uses last names; follows Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, assists with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provides directions, taxis, reservations and information about local outlets and amenities; delivers messages and items as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; manages ticket information and revenue collection as required.
