Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver friendly, efficient hospitality and parking services. You will help guests with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and answer questions about local amenities with a focus on safety and courtesy.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, handling tickets and payments, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and basic English skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for your state or within commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training or an equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write standard English; basic math and money handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide bell services when needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and collect keys and claim checks.
• Maintain accurate records and support guest needs throughout arrival and departure.
