Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.
• 1 month related experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles helpful.
• Ability to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with bell services and luggage.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and facility information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks.
• Help with revenue handling and ticket information as needed.
