Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly, efficient manner. You will greet guests professionally, assist with vehicle valet, luggage, directions, and local information, and support guests with taxis, reservations, and hotel amenities.

The role requires a courteous, patient demeanour, strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to operate a manual transmission and parking procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language; math and time calculations; basic arithmetic with money; parking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet with a professional manner; use guest last names.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about venues and amenities.
• Explain parking rates, handle tickets and fees, and manage keys and revenue.
