Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while managing parking and baggage services for arriving and departing guests. You will handle vehicle parking and retrieval promptly and safely, and assist guests with luggage where needed.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience at our locations. Prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be within commutable distance where applicable.
• One month related experience or equivalent education/training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup when applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
