Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Attendant at our Tulsa, OK property. The role centers on greeting guests, delivering valet and shuttle services, and upholding a high standard of hospitality.

Candidates must be at least 21 with an active driver's license free of recent moving violations, and be prepared for night, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Driving manual and oversized non-CDL vehicles is required.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years of age
• Active driver's license with no moving violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to drive all vehicle types, including manual transmission and oversized non-CDL vehicles
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
• Willingness to work nights, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job description

As a Guest Service Attendant, you would be responsible for greeting guests, providing valet and shuttle services for the hotel. Additionally, you will be required to drive all types of vehicles, including manual transmissions and over sided (non-CDL) vehicles. You must have strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality! This requires nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as the needs of the hotel fluctuate.
