Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and assist with luggage during arrival and departure, ensuring safety and friendly service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm, with full-time availability; benefits include accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or reside within commuting distance.
• One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math and money handling.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
• Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provides directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; shares information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; manages ticketing and revenue as needed.
• Ensures accurate entry of keys, guest folios, and claim checks; operates the valet system as required.
