Modus by PM Hotel Group in Leesburg, VA, is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and guide guests to their rooms while delivering first-class service.

Qualifications

• Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company requirements.
• Ability to operate vehicles (automatic/manual if required).
• Friendly, professional and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and provide professional service throughout their stay.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles per valet procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage—loading, unloading, delivering and storing bags.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.
• Transport guests using the hotel’s private vehicle when assigned.
• Assist Front Desk with guest requests and check-in/check-out support.
• Provide directions and local recommendations and help with transportation arrangements.
• Keep valet area, lobby and luggage storage clean, safe and organized.
• Maintain valet tickets, keys and parking records per procedures.
• Follow hotel policies on guest payments and gratuities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent
