Towne is hiring a Guest Service Associate at Embassy Suites in Nashville. You will parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and providing directions and area information in a courteous, efficient manner.

Starting pay is $11-$13 per hour plus cash tips, with medical benefits offered to all employees. No experience is required and many shifts are available, with some shifts offering bonus pay.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and park/retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage where applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis and local information as needed.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and revenue tasks.
• Maintain friendly demeanor and handle guest interactions professionally.
• Perform duties with accuracy and safety in parking operations.
