Towne is hiring a Guest Service Associate for the Aloft Nashville West End location. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, parking and retrieving guest vehicles, and assist with luggage while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role offers flexible shifts; no experience is required, with opportunities for tip-based earnings and bonus pay for overnight shifts. Full-time and part-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license or access to transportation within commuting distance.
• 1 month of related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Open doors for guests and assist with directions and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates, issue/collect tickets and receipts, and manage key tags.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and assist with revenue collection when required.
