Towne Park, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate/Valet Driver at the Omni Hotel in Nashville. The role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Starting pay ranges from $5.25–$7.00 per hour plus daily tips. Medical benefits and a 401k plan are available; select shifts offer bonus pay. Previous experience is not required.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with parking vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage when applicable.
• Open doors and provide bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Record and process tickets and escort vehicles safely.
