Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Greet guests and provide Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and area information; deliver messages or guest amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage ticket information and revenue as needed.
• Perform all tasks with accuracy to ensure smooth operation.
