Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Nashville to provide exceptional hospitality while managing guest vehicles with care and efficiency. You will assist guests with luggage, offer directions, and deliver friendly, professional service throughout arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes parking operations, guest communication, and maintaining accurate vehicle records. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work varied shifts are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.

• Greet guests warmly and assist with arrival and departure.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
