Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate/Valet Driver in Nashville to provide exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart.

You will assist with parking and retrieving vehicles, luggage handling where applicable, and delivering a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $9.00 per hour plus daily tips; base pay ranges from $6–9 per hour with additional tip income of $5–11 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language; read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to guests and employees.
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; understand time systems; understand rates applicable to time passed; operate a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieve procedures; manage keys and tickets accurately.
• Complete location on key tags and handle revenue collection as needed.
