Job summary

All About Parking Inc. in Palo Alto, CA is seeking an Attendant to provide client-facing support for valet parking, Electric Vehicles (EVs) management, and driving operations.

You will greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, answer questions, and help drive other employees to designated areas. The role requires 19+ years old, 3 years driving experience, a valid license, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must have 3 years of driving experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no accidents or 2-point driving infractions in the last 5 years.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some customer service/public relations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming customers and park/retrieve vehicles in a professional manner.
• Maintain EV charging logs and other logs as directed.
• Keep a clean and orderly station and handle cashiering tasks.
• Provide directions and assistance to customers and guests as needed.
• Safely operate valet and EV services and related equipment.
• Collaborate with team to meet peak volume periods and maintain service quality.
