Job summary

All About Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant to support valet parking, EV management, and driving operations in Culver City. You will greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, answer questions professionally, and drive teammates as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, assisting with traffic directions, and performing hourly audits to ensure smooth operations. The role requires strong customer service and flexible hours in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Fluent in English with strong communication.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some customer service/public relations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide client-facing support for valet parking and EV management.
• Drive and shuttle vehicles for customers and teammates.
• Answer questions professionally and provide directions as needed.
• Maintain EV charging logs and parking operation records.
• Assist in completing hourly/daily activity logs and reports.
• Ensure safe vehicle handling and customer service standards.
