Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must have 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no accidents or 2-point infractions in the last 5 years.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some customer service/public relations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate in a positive manner with co-workers, customers and vendors at all times.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing valet parking and EV charging support.
• Greet customers and manage parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Answer questions in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Maintain logs for valet and EV charging.
• Assist with directions, traffic control, and reporting.
• Maintain professional appearance and safe driving.
• Flexibility with shifts and hours to service peak periods.
• Support safety and adherence to company policies.
