Job summary

All About Parking in Los Gatos, CA is seeking a part-time Attendant to support valet parking, EV management, and driving operations. You will greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, answer questions, and provide a friendly, helpful service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have 3 years of driving experience.
• Must possess a valid drivers license with no accidents or 2-point driving infractions in the last 5 years.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some customer service/public relations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate in a positive manner with co-workers, customers and vendors at all times.
• Work effectively on a team and independently to resolve customer issues.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing support for valet parking and EV charging.
• Greet customers and assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Answer questions professionally and direct customers as needed.
• Drive other employees and guests between designated areas.
• Update logs for valet and EV charging.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform hourly/daily activity logs and audits as directed.
• Safely operate customer and company vehicles in accordance with laws and policies.
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
