Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Kansas City is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive guest satisfaction through courteous valet service, safe parking and luggage assistance during arrival and departure. You’ll greet guests, manage vehicle flow, and provide directions while upholding hospitality standards.

Starting pay is $16-$17 per hour plus tips, with benefits for full- and part-time staff. Work schedules are flexible, with no late nights or weekends, and opportunities for growth within a guest-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• One month of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of principles for providing customer service.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math related to transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; assist with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Provide directions and information; assist with taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
• Explain parking procedures, issue/collect tickets, and assist with revenue per vehicle as required.
• Complete all ticket information, vehicle location, and related records accurately.
