Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our Miami location. You will assist guests with parking, vehicle retrieval, and luggage delivery while maintaining a friendly, efficient service mindset.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling tickets and payments, and providing information about local amenities. A valid driver's license and basic math skills are required; prior customer service experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 month related experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and co-workers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide parking and retrieval of guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Offer directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and process tickets and payments.
